durrrr Challenge Page Up and Running at Full Tilt Poker

Full Tilt Poker has recently unveiled a brand new informative site comprising all the facts of the “Durrrr Challenge”, an amazing online heads up poker tournament presenting some of the most talented high stakes online poker players taking on the Heads Up Specialist Tom “durrrr” Dwan.

The brand new section gives poker players and followers the opportunity to follow this incredible Full Tilt Poker Challenge and receive frequent updates. With this new “durrrr Challenge” portal players can track all the details and check out each hand played during the poker challenge, and look at tons of statistics, including number of hands played, time of session, cash won, average won during each hand and lots more.

About six months ago, the twenty-three year old internet poker player delivered a heads-up challenge for any player with the cash, time and capability to accept it. Any player entering the challenge has to bet $500,000 against durrrr’s $1.5 million. Dwan’s challenge states that at least 50,000 poker hands need to be played simultaneously at 4 or more poker tables of no-limit Hold’em or pot-limit Omaha. At the end of the durrrr challenge, the player who has more money will take home the pool. Essentially if you enter the challenge and win $1 after the 50,000 poker hands, then you will earn Tom’s $1.5 Million, but if he succeeds by a dollar then he will win your $500,000.

To date, a number of poker players have consented to play the “durrrr challenge”, including WSOP Champ Phil Ivey and David Benyamine, but, only Patrick Antonius has accepted the durrrr challenge. Until now, both poker stars have taken part in a total of 20,647 poker hands out of 50,000, with Tom Dwan ahead $726,546 total.
